First-Time Buyers

Our mortgage experts will usually ask you for the following:

  • Your Social Security number

  • Current pay stubs or, if you’re self-employed, your tax returns for the past two years

  • Bank statements for the past two months

  • The past two months’ statements for any investment accounts

  • The past two months’ statements for any retirement accounts

  • The make, model, and resale value of any vehicles you own

  • Credit card account information

  • Information about any auto loans

  • Information about any personal loans

Current Owners

Our mortgage experts will usually ask you for the following:

  • Mortgage account information

  • Home insurance policy information

  • Information about your home equity account, if you have one
