Houston Moore, Vice President and Internal Auditor at the Bank, has successfully completed Community Banker University’s® Certified Community Bank Risk Specialist Program and has earned the professional designation of a Certified Community Bank Risk Specialist (CCBRS). Community Banker University, the education division of the Community Bankers of America®, offers nine certification programs, which are accredited by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).
To earn the certification, Houston attended the ICBA Risk Management Institutesm and successfully completed the certification examinations covering the fundamental concepts of risk and managing the bank’s exposure to risk.
ICBA Group Executive Vice President Lindsay LaNore recently commented: "With this CCBRS certification,Houston has demonstrated a mastery of key banking concepts for professional development which will contribute to helping the bank achieve its business goals and objectives.
