Meagan McElroy Joins CNB


Meagan McElroy recently joined CNB as a Relationship Banker in the Meridian Region. With 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Meagan served as a Loan Officer at Alabama Ag Credit in Demopolis for five years, and most recently as a Loan Officer at First South Farm Credit in Demopolis. In both of these positions, she was responsible for managing her portfolio of existing customers as well as developing new business. Meagan graduated from the University of West Alabama in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and received her MBA from Mississippi State in 2011. Neil Henry, CNB’s Meridian Regional President, recently commented: “We are so excited that Meagan has joined our team. Her credit skills will be a terrific advantage for our customers, and we are confident that her experience will be a major contributor to their success. She is an excellent fit for our team because she believes in bringing value to her clients and building relationships. She also works hard to deliver a superior customer service experience for her clients which is greatly needed in today’s ever-changing environment,” Neil added. Meagan and her husband, Alex, have two sons: Landon and Brayden, and one daughter, Payton, and the family attends Cuba Baptist Church. In their free time, they enjoy traveling to football and baseball sporting events as well as to the beach. Meagan also loves the great outdoors. As an avid hunter and fisher, she especially loves turkey hunting. Meagan commented that she is excited about the opportunity to serve CNB’s customers. “When I meet with both existing customers and potential customers I try to be a good listener and find out as much as I can about them. I enjoy meeting new people, making new connections, and learning how small business owners have built their businesses and made them successful,” she said.
