Alex Johnson Promoted

Alex Johnson was recently promoted to the position of Bank Manager at CNB’s West Hattiesburg Banking Centre. A member of the CNB family since 2009, Alex joined the Bank as a CSR, and was later promoted to a CSR Supervisor. Since December 2012 she has served as a Personal Banker/Universal Banker.

Originally from Magnolia, Mississippi, Alex lived in Colorado Springs where she was employed with a large home décor company. Upon moving back to Mississippi, Alex was drawn to a career in banking because she loved the idea of helping customers to achieve their dreams.

James Brown, CNB’s South MS Regional President recently commented: “Alex has been a dedicated employee at CNB for over 15 years serving in various roles. Her passion for customer service and the strong customer relationships she has built over the years have directly contributed not only to our branches’ success in the Bank’s South Mississippi Region, but also to our Bank as a whole.  I look forward to seeing the continued success Alex will bring in her new role."

Alex says she appreciates all of the opportunities she has been given to gain valuable skills in each position she has held.  She also commented that she appreciates having gained a wealth of knowledge from the managers she has reported to along the way.
